油气进泵的过程是一个高温、高压条件下形成的相平衡被打破的过程。流体在泵腔内发生强烈的气蚀从而降低泵效,造成供采不平衡,原油的气蚀随压力的变化速度增大而增大,现场应用发现在 Φ44 mm与Φ56 mm 抽油泵之间存在一个无法用提高冲次或泵升级使供采协调的盲区,抽油泵API 标准存在缺陷,为此研制出Φ50 mm 抽油泵,解决了这一问题。
For the oil well output consists of oil , gas and water , duriflg the up stroke , the pressure in the pump cylinder depresses suddenly , the solution gasin crude oil escapes rapidly , at the same time , under the conditions of high pressure and temperature ,the fluid out of the pump is in the state of super saturation. So once the pressure depresses abruptly, the primary relative stabilization of phases balance is destroyed and then the strong capitation occurs in the pump cylinder. The intention of capitation increases with the increase of the pressure variety velocity. According to the reachs stated up and the analysis of the field date , between the ª44mm and ª57mm pump , there exist s a blind area that can’t make the supply and production coordination. This problem is solved perfectly by the development of ª50mm pump. At the later of this paper the application and application conditions are introduced.
