高渗透、大孔道、裂缝性地层堵水剂的研制与应用

针对高渗透、大孔道、裂缝性这一特殊地层用一般堵剂封堵困难的问题,根据常规的化学堵剂的化学组成及存在的一些优缺点和相关的堵水机理,在室内研制出了一种新型的有机- 无机复合堵剂———J TD ,并考察了其性能。结果表明该堵剂具有好的油溶、酸溶以及成胶性,且对上述地层封堵强度高、堵效好,具有耐水冲刷性和选择性好等特点,其浓度和挤入量越大,封堵效果越好。J TD 在新疆油田85063 井进行了应用,结果显示取得了好的增油降水效果。

For solving serious of high permeability , macropore path and crack properties zone plugging difficulty , according to routine chemical composition of chemical plugging agent and it s existed advantages and relative water plugging mechanism ,an type organic - inorganic composite plugging agent JTD is synthesized in the laboratory. The results obtained shows that the plugging agent has a high oil - soluble , acid - soluble , gelsoluble and high plugging strength ,good plugging effectiveness ,high salt water brushability and selectivity expect , it s density squeeze measurement more better ,plugging effectiveness more better. Practical application is introduced in 85063 well of oilfield. Test results show that it is more better obtained increase oil and reduce water production.
