孤南131 低渗透断块油藏改善注水的主要做法及效果

胜利油区孤南131 断块是一个比较典型的低渗透断块油藏,自1989 年1 月投入注水开发以来,由于注水水质不合格,造成该断块注水困难,注水井近井地带污染堵塞严重,停注井多,平面、层间矛盾突出,整个断块开发效果变差。在进行充分调研的基础上,通过室内实验和矿场试验,增加注水精细过滤装置改善了注水水质;采用复合解堵、水力割缝等新工艺技术对该断块注水井进行改造,使该断块6 口停注井全部恢复注水;采用压裂、补孔等措施对油井进行综合治理,协调了注采关系,完善了注采井网,取得了明显的效果,单元开发形势得到了根本好转。
Gunan 131 fault-block is a relative typical low permeable fault-block oilfield. Since Janaury , 1986 , for the injected-water was disqualification , resulted in the block’s water wells walling up near the rolls and the wells stopped. The plane and layer problems stand out . As a result of this cease , it lead to the whole exploting effects that becomes badly. At first , the injecting water quality have been improved by adding the equipments which gives the water getting fine in the last year. In the second , the new technology of composite release wall-up ,water-forcing making sews etc. have been used in the water wells reconstructing , 6 wells resumed working. At last , A great many measures of increasing production was been adopted in the oil wells. The connection of the injection and picking was corresponded with , the whole exploiting situation of this block was looked up at all.
