针对中原油田勘探开发过程中易坍塌、漏失的复杂井段,提出用“安全窗口”新观念来分析其受力状态,以利于研究安全生产的有效措施。依据MMH 防塌防漏机理,借助OFI - 170 - 50 高温高压动失水仪、改型API 堵漏仪等仪器,分析了MMH 钻井液体系的防塌防漏效果,为现场安全生产提供了一定的理论根据。
During the exploration and development of Zhongyuan Oilfield , a new concept ,“differential pressure”was provided to analyze the force state of the complex layers to be easily caved and losted to be favourable to drawing up effective measures for safety production. Based on the hole sloughing prevention and antileakage mechanism of MMH drilling fluid system , with the OFI -170-50 model HTHP-dynamic filter press and improved API lost circulation locator etc , the effect of antileakage and hole sloughing , prevention with the drilling fluid system was analyzed , providifng a theoretical basis for safety production in the field.
