水平井技术是90 年代发展起来的油气开采新技术,对提高油藏采收率、改善油藏开发效果起着十分重要的作用。以古云集油田云2 - 平1 水平井为研究对象进行射孔完井设计,通过分析射孔打开位置和打开程度对水平井产能的影响,优选了射孔枪弹参数、打开位置与打开程度;提出了适合云2 - 平1 井的射孔参数方案,并对相应方案下的水平井动态进行了预测,取得了较好的现场运用效果,提出的水平井射孔设计方法对油田水平井开采具有重要指导意义。
Horizontal well drilling is an novel exp1oitation technology of oilfield evolved in 1990’s , the well completion metheds strongly affected the productivity of horizontal wells and in som extend determined it s availability or effectiveness. This paper take Yun 2 -Ping 1 well as an example to show the methodology of perforating cornpletion design in horizontal wells. After analysing the effect of location of perforation interval and opening percentage on well productivity , the suitable perforiation completion strategy has been carried out based on optimization of perforation pararneters , such as perforating guns , charges , location and opening percentage. The well performance has also been investigated. Oilfield application indicated good results. The design method of perfortion completion in horizontal wells proposed here exhibited an important orientational sense in oilfields.
