Oil Production Techniques for High Pour Point Reservoirs in Jinganbao Oilfield

原油凝固点是原油失去流动性时的温度,一般原油的凝固点在20 ℃左右。静安堡油藏的原油凝固点很高,其凝固点为45~54 ℃。高凝油油藏与其它油藏相比在储层岩性、物性、储集空间等方面有相同特性;但同时在高含蜡、高凝固点、低气油比等方面又有其流体特性,在采油过程中也有其特殊性。本文介绍静安堡高凝油油藏采油技术,水力活塞泵采油技术,同心管闭式热水循环采油技术和井下电伴热采油技术,对我国其它高凝油油藏的开发模式确定,改善采油效果,提高原油采收率,提高经济效益具有一定意义。
The solidification point of crude oil is the temperature in which crude oil have no fluid properties , and is usually 20 ℃or so. The Jinganbao reservoir has high solidification point , 45 ℃~54 ℃ , comparing with the other kinds of reservoirs. The high pour point reservoirs have the similar properties in lithologies , physical properties and reservoir space with them , but it has it s own fluid properties , such as high wax content , high pour point and low gas - oil ratio etc , so the oil production scheme is different from the other kinds of reservoirs. The oil pro - duction techniques for Jinganbao reservoir are deseribed in this paper , they are hydraulic piston pumping oil production , concentric pipe closed oil production with hot water circulating , and downhole heat associating by electricity oil production.
