采油工艺技术新进展及发展趋势

阐述了国内外人工举升技术的设备、配件、井下工具现状和相应配套软件的研究成果,介绍了水力压裂设计软件、新型压裂液、新型支撑剂、高砂比、端部脱砂等压裂配套技术的研究和应用现状,指出了调剖堵水技术和水平井、分枝井开采技术的基础研究和数值模拟研究的状况,以及水平井和分枝井开采的完井、井下作业、人工举升等配套技术的新进展。经过分析对比,找出了目前采油工艺技术方面存在的差距,指出了采油工艺技术发展的趋势和攻关方向,为今后提高采油工艺技术提出了合理建议。

This paper introduces the present situation of equipment s ,fittings and down-hole tools in artifical lift for oil production and it s corresponding matching softwares, and expounds the study and application of matching techniques ,such as softwares design programs for hydraulic fracturing ,new fracturing fluids , new proppants, high ratio of sand content and sand out on terminal , so the fundamental studies and numerical simulation in profile control and water shut off ,the production techniques for horizontal wells and subsidiary wells are described ,while the new progress in matching techniques in well completion ,downhole operation and oil production on artifical lift are introduced. Through the comparison of technologies at home and abroad , the differences in oil production are pointed out ,and put s forward it s t rend and prosposal to develop the production technologies in China in the future. .
