针对普通胍胶残渣含量高、易对地层造成损害这一问题,室内研制出了低残渣羟丙基胍胶。文中介绍了低残渣羟丙基胍胶的合成反应原理,研究了合成过程中相转移催化剂、醚化剂、碱量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产品粘度和残渣含量的影响以及使用性能,最后提出了油田压裂用低残渣羟丙基胍胶的合成工艺技术条件。
As the high content of common guar’s residue is harmful to stratum. A hydroxypropylguar gum with low residue has been developed in the laboratory. This paper introduces the synthetic reaction principle ,and studies the influence of the factors , such as temperature , reaction time ,phase transfer catalysts , etherification agent and alkalinity etc. to product viscosity , residue content and it’s performance. The synthetic process technology factors of low residue hydroxypropylguar gum for fracturing in oil field are provided.
