摘要
石英晶体电子压力计作为压力测量的高精度电子仪器已在油田试井和测井中得到广泛应用。高精度和高分辨率实现是该类仪器测压的关键技术环节。本文介绍了一种采用多项回归方程拟合和温度补偿进行压力刻度,用于提高测压精度;采用多周期计数法用于压力频率测量以提高压力高分辨率。
Abstract
As the high accuracy elect ronic device for pressure measurement , the downhole quartz crystal pressure gauge has been widely applied to well testing and well logging. The high accuracy and resolution is the key technical factors for the pressure measurement by pressure gauge described in this paper. To increase measuring accuracy , the pressure scale is made by fitting with multiple regression equation and temperature compensation. Periodic counting is used to measure frequency to improve pressure resoluton. So the accuracy of quartz crystal pressure gauge is below 0.05 % F. S , and the resolution factor is below 0. 005 % F. S. They are fit for pressure accurate measuring and well testing analysis.
