高能气体压裂(HEGF) 技术是近几年发展起来的一种新型增产技术。本文简述了其原理,并从中原油田生产实际出发,根据其油藏埋藏深、地层渗透性差的特点,在固体火药高能气体压裂应用的基础上,开发研制了系列液体火药,介绍了液体火药的作用机理,液体火药配方研究、种类,液体火药的优点,以及选井原则和施工工艺。通过1997 年和1999 年在16 口井推广应用,工艺成功率达100 %。截至1999 年12 月底,已累积增油6 650 t ,取得了较好的经济效果。实践证明,液体火药高能气体压裂技术可大幅度提高深层油气藏的HEGF 措施效果,改善深层低渗油气藏的开发状况,具有广阔的应用前景。
The High Energy Gas Fracturing (HEGF) technique is a stimulation treatment that is developed recently. Combining the production situations with deep, poor permeability of hydrocarbon reservoir in Zhongyuan Oil Field, a series of liquid explosive are developed. This paper introduces the mechanism and action of the liquid explosive, and present s it s formulation , types , advantages , well choosing principle and operation technology. Wide application of the technique in 16 wells in Zhongyuan Oil Field in 1997 and 1999 , good result s are received , and the success ratio is 100 percent . By the end of 1999, the accumulated oil production is 6 650 t . It is concluded that the HEGF technique with liquid explosive can largely increase the stimulation result s in deep and poor permeable reservoirs.
