摘要
针对户部寨地区Es32—Es34段地层特点,分析了压裂过程中的地层损害机理。由于该地区粘土矿物含量高、毛细管半径小、地层物性差,使用常规压裂液施工时,会造成粘土膨胀、微粒运移、水锁与贾敏效应、粘滞性流体滞留及固体颗粒堵塞等多种地层损害。在室内研究的基础上,提出了降低成胶剂水不溶物含量、控制液体滤失、提高液体表面活性、强化破胶、稳定地层粘土等地层综合保护措施。
Abstract
Aimming at the formation feature of Es23~Es43 interval in Hubuzhai region in Zhongyuan oil field , the mechanism of formation damage in fracturing was analyzed. When normal fracturing fluid is used , the high clay mineral content , small capillary diameter and bad formation physical property can cause clay swelling , particles migration , water locking , Jamin effect , vicous fluid retention and solid particle plugging. On the basis of lab research ,this paper put forward comprehensive formation protection measures to reduce content of the matter being insoluble in water in gelling agent , cont rolling liquid filt ration , increasing liquid surface activity ,enhancing gel break and stabilizing formation clay.
