负压解卡技术主要是利用地层流体压力与钻井液柱压力之间的压力差来解除压差卡钻,早已被国外应用。但是该方法技术含量高,风险大,所以国内很少采用。文中首先分析了负压解卡技术的机理、风险及使用条件,重点介绍了该技术在中原油田的现场应用效果。从而证明,负压解卡技术对压差卡钻是一种行之有效的施工方法,具有成本低、见效快等优点。
The differential pressure sticking removed by engative pressure, in which the pressure difference between formation fluid pressure and drilling fluid column pressure is used to solve the sticking. It’s properties are low cost and high efficiency. On the other hand , the technique is high technical demand and high risk , so it is seldom used in China. This article first analyzed the mechanism , risk and the conditions of the technique. Having been used in Zhongyuan oil field , the technique is effective to remove the differential pressure sticking.
