通过对油田注水系统效率分析、实例计算,介绍了一种计算注水系统效率的方法,为分析油田注水系统效率提供了依据。从电动机、注水泵和管网运行效率等3 个方面,分析了影响注水系统效率的因素,进一步提出了优化注水工艺,提高注水泵效率,合理匹配增压泵和调整注水管网,增加油田注水系统效率的方法。该方法在文留油田应用后,注水系统效率提高了2 %～5 % ,取得了良好的经济效益。

Aimming at the high energy consumption water flood system in oilfield , how to improve waterflood system efficiency and decrease waterflood cost to increase waterflood development benefit is a main object in oilfield operating management . Here we introduced a kind of method to calculate oilfield waterflood system to supply means in analyzing oilfield waterflood system efficiency by analyzing and computing it s case history. Moreover , we analyzed the factors which influence waterflood system efficiency from three aspect s : electric motor , waterflood pump and pipe network operating efficiency , then put forward programs to optimize waterflood process , improve waterflood pump’s efficiency , reasonably match booster pump and adjust water injection pipe network , and increase oilfield waterflood system efficiency. Have been applied in Wenliu Oilfield , the waterflood system efficiency had raised 2-5 percent and got a good economic benefit .
