摘要
为了解决新型光纤测井技术中避光纤射孔工艺累计误差大、射孔枪长度有限、扶正器/锚定装置易卡等问题,采用超声波水下无线通讯方法、枪间无线级联通讯方法,设计出新型电机驱动避光纤精准定向射孔工艺。依据设计出的新型工艺,开发出智能遥传装置、枪头主控装置、枪间测控装置、地面系统等物理模型;并设计出相应的性能测试装置,开展电机旋转驱动力性能测试、水下无线通讯技术性能测试、核心芯片使用范围的试验。研究结果表明,新型电机驱动定向射孔工艺方案可行,为开展油气井用全方位控制技术的相关研究工作,形成新的系列化定向射孔工艺提供技术思路。
Abstract
The fiber-avoidance perforating process of the novel fiber logging technology has the defects of large cumulative error, limited perforating gun length and easy centralizer/anchoring device sticking. In order to solve these problems, a new type of motor-driven fiber-avoidance accurate oriented perforating process was designed by means of ultrasonic underwater wireless communication method and inter-gun wireless cascade communication method. By virtue of this newly designed process, the physical models of intelligent telemetry device, gun head controlling device, inter-gun measuring and controlling device and surface system were developed. In addition, the corresponding performance test devices were developed to test the rotary driving force performance of motor and the performance of underwater wireless communication technology and experimentally study the application range of core chip. Multiple tests show that the program of the novel motor-driven oriented perforating process is feasible and provides a new idea for the related research on the omni bearing control technology for oil and gas wells and the development of new oriented perforating process series.
