摘要
我国油气需求持续增长,非常规油气田开发力度不断加大,钻井环境日益复杂,黏滑振动常有发生,导致钻井效率降低,钻井费用增加。学界和业界经过长期的研发,一系列黏滑振动抑制技术和工具被应用于钻井工程中。在总结和分析黏滑振动抑制技术发展基础上,着重介绍了PDC钻头切削深度控制技术、控制设备的结构、原理和现场试验效果,分析了这些技术对抑制黏滑振动和提高钻进速度的影响,并且通过机械比能阐述了振动抑制对提高钻井效率的影响。
Abstract
The demand for oil and gas in China continues to grow, the development of unconventional oil and gas fields continues to increase, the drilling environment is becoming more complex, and stick-slip vibration often occurs, resulting in a decrease in drilling efficiency and economic losses. After a long period of research and development in academia and industry, a series of stick-slip vibration suppression technologies and tools have been used in drilling engineering. Based on the summary and analysis of the development of stick-slip vibration suppression technology, this paper focuses on the PDC bit cutting depth control technology, control equipment structure, principle and field test results, and analyzes these technologies to suppress stick-slip vibration and improve drilling speed. Furthermore, the effect of vibration suppression on the improvement of drilling efficiency is explained by mechanical specific energy.
