为了提高渤海油田的钻井效率、保障作业安全,建立了数据准备、数据处理、数据可视化及深度分析为一体的钻完井大数据分析平台,选取渤海P油田首批作业井录井参数,自动判别13种钻井作业工况,并与日报系统结合制作工况及3D井轨迹等可视化面板。结合数据关系与最小二乘法预测模型深度分析,优选钻井参数并进行实时监测,提高了第2批次井的钻井效率,实现了大数据分析与钻完井作业的深度融合。由于平台自身的可扩展性及搭建后使用者的易操作性,该技术推广性较强,可为钻完井工程的智能化转型提供宝贵经验。
In order to improve the drilling efficiency and ensure the operation safety of Bohai Oilfield, this paper established a big data analysis platform of drilling and completion integrating data preparation, data processing, data visualization and deep analysis. Then, the mud logging parameters of the first wells of Bohai P Oilfield were selected and 13 working conditions of drilling operation were discriminated automatically. And combined with daily report system, the visual panels of working condition and 3D well trajectory were prepared. Based on data relationship and deep analysis of least square method based prediction model, drilling parameters were optimized and monitored in real time. Thus, the drilling efficiency of the second wells is improved and the deep integration of big data analysis and drilling and completion operation is realized. The platform is expandable and can be operated easily, so this technology has strong generalization and can provide valuable experience for the intelligent transformation of drilling and completion engineering.
