摘要
针对现有的注水井生产监控系统中重复报警、误报漏报率高、重点警情不突出等问题,提出了利用模糊综合评判法定量确定注水井风险严重程度,以提高注水井预报警准确率。基于实时监测数据建立注水压力、注水量、水质三类主控因素的预报警指标体系,利用层次分析法确定出各因素的相对权重,构建确定各项指标的隶属函数集,建立注水井在线预报警指数模型,编制注水井在线预报警软件。通过现场注水井应用验证表明:在线预报警指数模型在渤海油田具有良好的适应性,解决了注水井安全运行的预报警问题,提高了注水井实时工况监测的智能化水平。
Abstract
In order to solve the repeated alarm, high false and omitted alarm rate and unprominent key alarm situation of existing water injector production monitoring systems, this paper proposed to apply the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to quantitatively determine the risk severity of water injector and improve its pre-alarm accuracy. The pre-alarm index system of three main control factors (i.e., water injection pressure, water injection rate and water quality) was established based on real-time monitoring data, relative weight of each factor was determined by means of analytical hierarchy process, and membership function set of each index was set up. The online pre-alarm index model of water injector was established, and the online pre-alarm software of water injector was programmed. The field application in water injectors indicates that the online pre-alarm index model is well adaptable to Bohai Oilfield, solves the pre-alarm problems in the safe operation of water injectors and improves the intelligent level of real-time working condition monitoring of water injectors.
