总结国内外盐穴储气库建设技术发展趋势,认为国外的丛式井布井方法、大井眼井身结构与大排量造腔、卤水回注地下等技术手段值得借鉴。同时国内盐穴储气库建设仍面临优质库址资源少、造腔周期长、腔体有效利用率低等难题。为破解这一系列难题,在开展市场化运作模式探索的同时,更需要加大核心技术攻关,加强建库地质评价、钻完井工程、造腔设计与控制、复杂连通老腔利用、扩大储气空间等多个方面核心技术的研究,大幅度提高储气库建库效率,促进我国盐穴储气库可持续发展。
The development trend of domestic and foreign salt-cavern underground gas storage (UGS) construction technologies was summarized. It is shown that some foreign technologies are worth referring, such as pattern of cluster well, large-hole casing program and large-displacement solution mining and brine reinjection. In the meantime, the construction of domestic salt-cavern UGS is faced with the difficulties of insufficient good UGS site resources, long solution mining period and low effective cavity utilization rate. In order to solve these difficulties, it is necessary to strengthen key technology research from the aspects of geological evaluation, drilling and completion engineering, solution mining design and control, utilization of complicatedly connected old caverns, and gas storage space expansion while exploring market-oriented operation mode, so as to increase the UGS construction efficiency greatly and promote the sustainable development of salt-cavern UGS in China.
