目前现场越来越重视完井方式的选择,普遍开始采用数学方法综合多个指标定量地进行完井方式的优选。为增加对完井评价值数据的利用程度,实现对原始数据的全面考察,提升对备选完井方式的认识水平,引入Vague集理论,建立了完井方式Vague值优选模型。该模型以产能、经济、工程3个方面的8个指标构建了完井方式评价体系,以层次(AHP)-熵权法确定了评价指标的权重分配,以更加科学合理的Vague值构建方法获得了完井方式Vague值评价矩阵,并最终以Vague值的相似性度量为基础,通过构造理想完井方式并与备选完井方式进行多指标加权相似度量,实现了对备选完井方式的精细准确评价。使用该模型对一口实际示例井进行了完井方式优选,从5种备选完井方式中得到了最优的完井方案,与单值优选模型对比结果表明,Vague值优选模型合理有效,且对备选完井方式具有更好的区分度,能够为完井方式的优选提供更加客观可靠的指导。
At present, the selection of well completion methods gets more and more concerns on site, and mathematical method is commonly used to quantitatively select well completion methods based on multiple indicators comprehensively. In order to increase the utilization degree of well completion evaluation data, investigate the initial data comprehensively and improve the understanding level on candidate well completion methods, this paper introduced Vague sets theory to establish the Vague value selection model of well completion method. In this model, eight indicators from the aspects of productivity, economics and engineering constitute the well completion method evaluation system, the weights of evaluation indicators are determined by means of analytical hierarchy process (AHP)-entropy method, the Vague value evaluation matrix of well completion method is built up by virtue of a more reasonable Vague value construction method, and eventually based on the similarity measurement of Vague value, candidate well completion methods are evaluated precisely and accurately by constructing ideal well completion method and performing multi-indicator weighted similarity measurement between the ideal well completion method and candidate well completion methods. This model is applied to the well completion method selection of an actual example well and the optimal well completion scheme is obtained from five candidate well completion methods. The comparison results with the single value selection model show that Vague value selection model is reasonable and effective, has a better discrimination between candidate well completion methods and has the ability to provide more objective and reliable guidance for the selection of well completion methods.
