Sidetracking efficiency and reentry evaluation of sidetracking branch horizontal well in superhard limestone strata

为提高辽河油田部分潜山超硬灰岩地层侧钻分支水平井的成功率,解决施工难度大的问题,开展侧钻效率与重入评价研究。建立了侧钻效率的计算模型,并通过分析井底钻具组合的侧钻效率来选择适合侧钻的井底钻具和施工工艺;建立了管柱重入难度系数的计算模型,通过分析管柱重入主井眼难度系数的大小,可以提前预判管柱是否能够顺利重入主井眼,以提前做好应对措施,提高了侧钻效率和成功率。
In order to increase the success ratio of sidetracking branch horizontal well in partial buried-hill superhard limestone strata of Liaohe Oilfield and deal with the high construction difficulty, this paper carried out a series of studies on sidetracking efficiency and reentry evaluation. After a model for calculating the sidetracking efficiency was established, the bottom hole drilling tools and construction process suitable for sidetracking were selected by analyzing the sidetracking efficiency of bottom hole assembly (BHA). Then, a model for calculating the string reentry difficulty coefficient was established. Whether a string can run into the main hole smoothly can be prejudged in advance by analyzing the string difficulty coefficient in running into the main hole, so as to prepare the countermeasures in advance to improve sidetracking efficiency and success ratio.
