我国煤层气平均单井产量偏低,如何快速提高单井产气量是当前亟待解决的问题。基于不同煤储层的地质条件,选择科学的配套工程技术是提高煤层气开发效益的关键。以沁南盆地柿庄南区块为例,基于大量的试验数据和工程实践,提出影响煤层气开发效果的主导地质因素,总结已实施钻完井工艺的优缺点和适用性,优选出适合研究区地质特征的开发技术。研究结果表明:影响柿庄南区块煤层气开发工艺效果的地质因素主要是地应力、煤体结构和地质构造;对于类似柿庄南区块地质特征的低渗储层,选择水平井开发更为高效;断层对煤层气开发影响较大。
In China, average single-well production of coalbed methane (CBM) is lower, so it is in urgent need to find the way to increase single-well CBM production rapidly. The key to improve CBM development benefit is to select the scientific support engineering technologies based on the geological conditions of different coal reservoirs. In this paper, the Shizhuang South Block in the Qinnan Basin was taken as an example. Based on sufficient experimental data and engineering practice, the dominant geological factors influencing CBM development effects were pointed out, the advantages, disadvantages and applicability of existing drilling and completion technologies were summarized, and the development technologies suitable for the geological characteristics of the study area were selected. It is indicated that the main geological factors influencing CBM development effects of Shizhuang South Block are ground stress, coal structure and geological structure. As for the low-permeability reservoirs with similar geological characteristics to Shizhuang South Block, horizontal well is the effective development technology. Faults have greater effects on CBM development.
