摘要
随着开发的进行,礁灰岩储层部分井出现水淹的问题,为提高控水质量,提出了微粒充填ICD均衡控水技术。介绍了该控水管柱的结构和工作原理,对限流阀孔径和安装密度、充填微粒粒径、充填施工参数(泵入压力、泵入流量、加砂比)进行了计算和设计,给出了X5井的清水注入试验和现场应用实例。现场应用表明,两口新井较邻井含水降低62%,累增油量超过2.5×104 m3。通过综合考虑限流阀尺寸和安装密度、充填颗粒粒径与地层砂粒径、充填压力与破裂压力之间的关系,可以在保证油井产能的基础上最大限度地实现均衡控水,该技术适合非均质性强或裂缝发育储层的水平井控水,并推荐在水平段均匀安装限流阀。该研究可为非均质性强或裂缝发育的储层进行控水方案设计提供依据。
Abstract
As the development goes, some wells suffer water flooding in limestone reef reservoirs. And in order to improve the quality of water control, the particle filling based ICD isostatic water control technology is developed. In this paper, the structure and working principle of this kind of water control string were introduced. Then, the aperture and installation density of flow limiting valve, the size of filling particle and the filling operation parameters (pump in pressure, pump in flow rate and sand proportion) were calculated and designed. Finally, fresh water injection experiment and field application case of Well X5 were described. The field application shows that two new wells have cumulative oil increment over 2.5×10 m, and their water cut is 62% lower than that of their neighboring wells. The isostatic water control can be realized to the uttermost while guaranteeing the productivity of oil wells by analyzing comprehensively the relationships between the dimension and the installation density of flow limiting valve, between the size of filling particle and the size of formation sand, and between the filling pressure and the fracturing pressure. In conclusion, this technology is suitable for the water control of horizontal wells in the reservoirs with strong heterogeneity or developed fractures. It is recommended to install flow limiting valves uniformly in horizontal sections. The research results can provide the basis for the design of water control scheme of the reservoirs with strong heterogeneity or developed fractures.
