HSH2井在山前构造带直井段钻进时由于井下掉块发生了卡钻事故,通过多次打捞未解除,形成了井下落鱼,必须侧钻。在分析不同侧钻方案适应性的基础上,综合考虑侧钻难度和侧钻后的井眼轨迹,最终选择并优化了利用垂直钻井系统的纠斜能力进行侧钻的方案。通过控制施工过程中钻压等钻井参数,成功完成了直井段落鱼卡钻井的侧钻,后续井段通过垂直钻井系统的降斜,一开完钻井斜控制在0.1°以内。现场应用表明,该技术为解决火成岩直井侧钻提供了一种新方案,对今后的钻井事故处理有重要的借鉴意义。
During the drilling of the vertical section of Well HSH2 in the piedmont tectonic belt, pipe sticking happened due to downhole drop. After fishing operation was carried out many times, the accident was not settled and downhole fish was formed. In this case, sidetracking is the only solution. In this paper, the adaptability of different sidetracking schemes was analyzed. Then, the sidetracking scheme based on the hole straightening ability of vertical drilling system were eventually selected and optimized after the sidetracking difficulty and the well trajectory after the sidetracking were analyzed comprehensively. The sidetracking of the well with pipe sticking caused by the fish in the vertical section was successfully fulfilled by controlling the drilling parameters (e.g. weight on bit) in the process of construction. The deviation angle of the first spud in is controlled within 0.1° by decreasing the hole angle of the subsequent hole section by means of the vertical drilling system. Field application shows that this technology provides a new scheme for the vertical well sidetracking in igneous rocks and can be used as the important reference for the treatment of drilling accidents in the future.
