储气库建设是天然气调峰及战略储备的重要手段,中国处于储气库建设初级阶段。俄罗斯储气库建设起步较早,形成了系统的储气库建设技术,建立了比较完善的储气库网。从跟踪及借鉴的角度出发,追踪了俄罗斯储气库发展过程及俄罗斯对储气库的需求,介绍了俄罗斯在用储气库、在建储气库、正在勘查储气库的数量、分布、建设时间、重点参数等,分析了俄罗斯储气库建设关键技术,阐述了俄罗斯储气库建设未来发展规划。在此基础上,对中俄储气库合作前景进行了分析,建议中国与俄罗斯在储气库建设方面开展合作,促进中国储气库建设快速发展,改善中国天然气季节性不均衡局面。
Gas storage reservoirs construction is an important means for peak shaving and strategic reserve of natural gas, and China is in the primary stage of the reservoir construction. The construction of gas storage reservoirs in Russia started much earlier, so that a systematic technology for gas storage reservoirs construction was developed, and a relatively perfect network of gas storage was established. From the viewpoint of tracking and reference, this paper traces the development process of Russian gas storage reservoirs and Russia's demand for gas storage reservoirs, introduces the number, distribution, construction time and key parameters of gas storage reservoirs in use, being built and being explored in Russia, analyses the key technology of gas storage reservoir construction in Russia, and expounds the future development plan of Russian gas storage reservoir construction.On this basis, the prospect of Sino-Russian gas storage cooperation is analyzed. It is suggested that China and Russia cooperate in gas storage reservoir construction to promote the rapid development of gas storage construction reservoir in China and improve the seasonal imbalance of natural gas in China.
