页岩油气开发普遍采用大型体积压裂,返排液量大,处理技术难度大且成本高。为了实现返排水的循环利用,对减阻剂、助排剂、页岩抑制剂进行了研发或优选,形成了一种新型滑溜水压裂液体系:0.1%JHFR减阻剂+0.2%JHJZ助排剂+0.25%JHNW页岩抑制剂。室内研究表明:该体系绿色环保、20 s速溶、减阻达70%、高抗盐、与返排水配伍性良好。该体系在长宁H7平台的3口水平井成功应用,可满足现场连续混配的压裂要求,有利于节约水资源。
China' s shale oil and gas generally adopts large-scale volumetric fracturing, which has a large amount of liquid return-ing, and is difficult to handle and costly. In order to realize the recycling of back-drainage, research and development or optimization of drag reducer, drainage aid and shale inhibitor have formed a new type of slick water fracturing fluid system: 0.1% JHFR drag reducer +0.2% JHJZ Discharge +0.25% JHNW shale inhibitor. Indoor research shows that the system is green, 20s instant, with a drag reduction of 70%, high salt resistance and good backwater compatibility. The research results have been successfully applied in three horizontal wells of Changning H7 platform, which can meet the fracturing requirements of continuous mixing on site, save water resources and have significant drag reduction effect.
