Abstract
Well MaHW6004 is an important appraisal well, which is arranged in the Ma 18 well area by CNPC. Combination technique of pumping bride plug, clustering perforation and multi-stake fractured completion was used, and the deployment and development of the follow-up constructed wells in this block were decided by the production rate after fracturing. By using downhole microseismic detector, fracturing operation data and curve, we have analyzed and judged the complicated conditions such as the bridge plugging without releasing, bridge plug moving, bridge plug stuck, sand plugging after fracturing and so on. The solution for the fishing through drill pipe technique, coiled tubing sand washing, and large displacement cleaning of wellbore after fracturing is formulated, and a series of preventive measures are put forward. The study shows that the the bride plug which was run down to shall meet the steel grade of casings. The adopted downhole microseismic monitoring method can effectively detect bride plug igniting setting, the location and strike of facture initiation and etc, which provides basic data and reference for fracturing operation in similar wells in the future.
