在页岩储层开发中,压裂液中微生物的生长繁殖一直是一个亟待解决的问题,而高效、多功能、低成本抗菌剂的研发至关重要。实验以黄杆菌C为模型菌种,考察了其生长曲线,详细研究了一种新型季胺盐类压裂液添加剂-十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTMAB)在3种压裂液:SF-A、F108和线性胶中的抗菌性能。结果表明,在施工中所用的各种压裂液中,CTMAB在施工浓度中均能有效抗菌,且在线性胶中,相同高浓度的抗菌效果优于甲醛抗菌剂;相同低浓度的抗菌效果在SF-A中明显优于在F108中。从而得出CTMAB是一种优良的兼具有表面活性作用的广谱抗菌剂,施工过程中根据具体需要使用低浓度的CTMAB可有效降低施工损失。
The growth and reproduction of microorganisms in fracturing fiuid has always been the urgent problem in the development of shale reservoirs. And the key solution is to research and develop the antibacterial agent with the features of high efficiency, multiple function and low cost. Flavobacterium C was taken as the model strain and its growth curve was surveуed. Then, the antibacterial performance of a new fracturing fiuid additive of quaternary amine salt (i.e., cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB)) in three fracturing fiuids (SF-A, F108 and linear gel) was studied in detail. It is indicated that CTMAB is effectively antibacterial for all fracturing fiuids adopted in the construction at the construction concentration. Furthermore, CTMAB is superior to formol antibacterial agent in term of antibacterial effect in linear gel if their concentration is the same. To sum up, CTMAB is a kind of good broad-spectrum antibacterial agent with the effect of surface activitу.
