渤海油田勘探重点正逐渐向中深部地层迈进,地层抗压强度高、可钻性差、防斜困难。常规直井使用的高陡防斜钻具组合进行钻进作业时,井斜控制难和钻压可调节范围小成为制约提速的重要因素。引入垂直导向钻具组合,可较好解决中深部地层钻井提速工作中井斜与钻压之间的矛盾,提高机械钻速,防斜效果好,有效保证了井身质量,作业周期大大缩短,在后续勘探钻井作业中值得推广应用。
The exploration focus of Bohai Oilfield is gradually moving towards the middle and deep strata, which are characterized by high compressive strength, poor drillability and difficult deviation control.When the high-dip packed hole assembly which is used in conventional vertical wells is used for the drilling of middle and deep strata, the important factors restricting the improvement of rate of penetration (ROP) are difficult deviation control and small adjustable range of weight on bit (WOB).The field application in BZ19-6 Block shows that the contradiction between borehole inclination and WOB is solved well by introducing the vertical-guide bottom hole assembly (BHA).And a result, the ROP is improved, the borehole inclination is well controlled, the wellbore quality is guaranteed effectively, and the operation cycle is shortened significantly.In conclusion, the vertical-guide BHA is worthy to be popularized and applied in the subsequent exploration drilling.
