摘要
随着渤海油田不断向中深层开发,渤海部分油气井出现油套同压、套管带压、无循环压井通路的难题,为修井作业过程中起管柱带来风险。分析油套同压原因,查找管柱漏点位置是优选压井方法的关键。研究了测流体电阻法找漏、多臂井径成像测井、电磁探伤测井、井温噪音测井等11种方法,提出了适合油套同压井的漏点查找方法,并根据不同的漏点位置研究不同压井方法作用机理,提出分级优选压井方法,从而可顺利实现拆采油树、起管柱、安装井口防喷器等作业,对于油套同压、套管带压井动管柱作业具有一定指导意义。
Abstract
As Bohai Oilfield moves to the development of medium and deep layers, some oil and gas wells in the Bohai Sea area are faced with the difficulties of the same pressure of tubing and casing, pressurized casing and no circulation killing path, which bring the risks to the string lifting in the process of workover operation.The key to the optimization of well killing method is to analyze the reason for the same pressure of tubing and casing and search for the string leak location.11 methods were studied, including fluid resistivity method for leak detection, multi-arm caliper imaging logging, electromagnetic defect detection logging and well temperature noise logging, and the leak detection method suitable for the wells with the same pressure of tubing and casing was proposed.Then, the mechanisms of different killing methods were studied for different leak locations, and the well killing method of grading optimization was proposed.By virtue of the selected well killing method, the operations of dismantling Christmas tree, lifting string and installing wellhead BOP can be successfully performed.In conclusion, this paper is practically of guiding significance to the string lifting operation of the wells with the same pressure of tubing and casing or the pressurized casing.
