摘要
通过分析井下无线传输的信道特征、激励方式、频移键控-FSK(Frequency Shift Keying)、滤波算法-FIR(Finite Impulse Response)、前向纠错编码-BCH(Bose、Ray、Hocquenghem)、高共模抑制-HPSRR(High Power Supply Rejection Ratio)等,研发出一套井下短距无线数据传输系统。对该系统进行了地面仿真环境模拟测试、系统耗电测试、系统高温电阻模拟测试等地面试验,并在海上油田某井进行了应用。现场应用表明,该系统克服了海上油田测试直读技术抗高温性能较差、接收距离较短等问题,在测试作业开井、关井期间均准确录取了井下压力、温度变化情况,验证了井下信号无线传输方式的可行性。
Abstract
By analyzing the channel characteristics, excitation mode, FSK (Frequency Shift Keying), FIR (Finite Impulse Response), BCH (Bose, Ray, Hocquenghem), HPSRR (High Power Supply Rejection Ratio) of underground wireless transmission, a set of underground short-distance wireless data transmission system has been developed.Ground tests of the system, such as simulation test of ground simulation environment, power consumption test of the system and simulation test of high temperature resistance of the system, are carried out.And the system has been applied in a well of offshore oilfield.Field application shows that, the system overcomes the problems of poor high temperature resistance and short receiving distance of direct reading technology for offshore oil field test.The changes of downhole pressure and temperature are accurately recorded during well opening and shutting-in of test operation.The feasibility of wireless transmission of underground signal is verified.
