摘要
为了适应低油价环境,提高页岩油气开发效益,北美页岩油气生产商采取了一系列措施来降低作业成本,增加单井产量,取得了较好的经济效益。介绍了北美页岩油气开发现状,分析了提高页岩油气开发经济效益所采用的低成本钻完井关键技术,包括高效率可移动钻机、井工厂优化设计、钻井优化设计、完井优化设计、压裂液回收利用和一体化化设计与管理优化等,结合国内页岩油气开发现状和工程技术难题,提出了低成本钻完井技术攻关建议。围绕这些关键技术进行研究,尽快形成适应于我国的页岩油气低成本钻完井技术,对于经济高效开发页岩油气具有重要意义。
Abstract
In order to adapt to the environment of low oil price and improve the bene fi t of shale oil and gas development, the shale oil and gas producers take a series of measures to reduce the operation cost, increase single-well production and realize good economic bene fi t. In this paper, the development status of shale oil and gas in the North America was introduced, and the key low-cost drilling and completion technologies adopted to improve the economic bene fits of shale oil and gas development were analyzed, including efficient mobile rig, multiwell pad optimization design, drilling optimization design, completion optimization design, fracturing fluid recycling, integrated design and management optimization. Then, some suggestions on low-cost drilling and completion technology research were proposed based on the shale oil and gas development status and engineering technical difficulties in China. It is necessary to focus on researching these key technologies to develop low-cost shale oil and gas drilling and completion technologies which are suitable in China.It is of great significance to the economic and efficient development of shale oil and gas
