摘要
根据辽河油田海南3断块油藏的具体特点,研究了聚合物微球/表面活性剂二元驱技术。通过室内物理模拟实验,研究了聚合物微球浓度、表面活性剂浓度和段塞大小对二元驱效果的影响,对二元驱的基本参数进行了优化。研究结果表明,海南3断块二元驱中表面活性剂复配体系的最佳质量分数为0.007 5%甜菜碱17+0.01%表面活性剂6501;聚合物微球的最佳质量分数为0.30%;段塞大小对二元驱效果有较大影响,随着段塞体积的增大,采收率增值增大到26.12%后增幅逐渐变小,最佳注入段塞为0.35 PV。该技术自2015年在海南3断块应用后,阶段累计增油超过1万t,表明聚合物微球/表面活性剂二元驱技术在中低渗油藏水驱后期具有广泛的应用前景。
Abstract
Polymer microsphere/surfactant flooding technology was investigated based on the specific characteristics of oil reservoir in Fault Block Hainan 3, Liaohe Oilfield.By means of indoor physical simulation experiments, the effects of polymer microsphere concentration, surfactant concentration and slug size on polymer microsphere/surfactant flooding were analyzed and their basic parameters were optimized.It is indicated that the optimal mass fraction of surfactant complex in polymer microsphere/surfactant flooding used in Fault Block Hainan 3 is 0.007 5% betaine 17+0.01% surfactant 6501, and that of polymer microsphere is 0.30%.The polymer microsphere/surfactant flooding effect is more affected by the slug size.With the increasing of slug size, the increasing amplitude of recovery ratio declines gradually after the recovery ratio reaches 26.12%.The optimal size of injection slug is 0.35 PV.After this technology was applied in Fault Block Hainan 3 during 2015, interim cumulative oil incremental was over 10 000 t.It is indicated that polymer microsphere/surfactant flooding technology is extensively promising to apply in middle and low permeability oil reservoirs in the late stage of water flooding development.
