摘要
南海西部海域莺- 琼盆地地温梯度大、压力系数高,在高温高压井段作业时往往需要维持较高的钻井液密度,导致安全密度窗口窄,钻井过程中易发生漏、喷同存的复杂情况。为提高高温高压井的钻井安全和效率,采用随钻扩眼技术,增加套管层次,进而为钻井作业提供良好安全窗口。以莺- 琼盆地某高温高压井钻井难点入手,分析了针对目标区域钻井难点的相应对策,并从扩眼技术适应性、扩眼工具选型、扩眼工具与领眼钻头尺寸优选、扩眼钻具振动分析、水力分析、现场技术关键等方面对随钻扩眼工艺进行分析,形成了相应的随钻扩眼工艺技术。
Abstract
The Ying-Qiong Basin in the western sea area of South China Sea is characterized by high geothermal gradient and high pressure coefficient, so high-density drilling fluid is needed in HTHP hole sections. However, the application of high-density drilling fluid results in narrow safety density window, and coexistence of leakage and blowout in the process of well drilling. In order to increase drilling safety and efficiency of HTHP wells, reaming while drilling (RWD) technology is used to improve casing program so as to provide the favorable safety window for drilling operation. In this paper, one HTHP well in the Ying-Qiong Basin was taken as an example. Its drilling difficulties and the corresponding countermeasures were investigated. Then, the RWD process was analyzed from the aspects of technical suitability, reaming tool selection, size selection of reaming tools and pilot bits, vibration analysis and hydraulic analysis of reaming tool, and key factors of field technologies. And thus, the RWD technology is developed.
