井眼轨迹的不确定性使连通井眼的相对位置变得难以准确预测。为深入研究连通井两井间的轨迹误差,基于对常规测斜工具误差理论研究及软件的误差数据分析,结合连通工具的性能参数,定量描述井眼不确定性对连通井的影响,并将结果应用于连通井的轨道设计中,理论上可提高连通的成功率。研究结果表明:井眼轨迹的不确定性范围随井深和井斜的增大而增大,测距点设计时应加以考虑该影响;通过建模绘制的测距点选择图版可预估测距点的选择范围,从而简化设计步骤,为连通井轨道设计提供了技术支持。
Due to uncertainties in borehole trajectory, it is very difficult to predict relatively positions of communicated wells accurately. To study errors in trajectories of two communicated wells, theories related to errors of conventional inclinometers, together with analysis over error data by software and performance parameters of communication tools were used in combination to highlight impact of borehole uncertainty on communicated well quantitatively. Relevant research conclusions can be used in trajectory design of communicated wells. In theory, these researches may enhance success rate of communication. Research results show that the extent of uncertainties in borehole trajectory may increase with well depth and inclination. Such impact shall be considered during design of distance-measuring points. By using the selection chart for ranging points generated through model construction, extent for potential ranging points can be determined in advance to simplify design procedures. Relevant research results may provide technical supports for trajectory design of communicated wells.
