塔里木盆地山前井是塔里木油田油气勘探开发的重要区域之一。针对山前井地层研磨性强、可钻性级值高,单只钻头进尺低,钻头消耗量大,机械钻速低,钻井成本高等问题,引进涡轮配合孕镶金刚石钻头钻井技术。2 口山前井钻进实验数据表明:博孜102 井配套工具进尺704 m,纯钻时间407.5 h,平均机械钻速1.73 m/h;克深2-1-14 井配套工具进尺146.8 m,纯钻71.75 h,平均机械钻速2.05 m/h。两组配套工具与邻井同层PDC 钻头、牙轮钻头对比,钻井速度提高了2~4 倍,单只钻头平均进尺提高了3~10 倍,平均纯钻时间提高了1.7~2.5 倍。工具实验结果表明,涡轮配合孕镶金刚钻头钻井技术在塔里木山前井具有较好的提速效果,可为塔里木山前井钻井提速提供技术支持。
Piedmont zone in the Tarim Basin is one of key zones for hydrocarbon exploration and development in the Tarim Oilfield. With consideration to high abrasiveness and high drillability of the piedmont zone, low footage per bit, significant bit consumption, low ROP, high drilling costs and other challenges, the combination of turbodrill and impregnated diamond bit was introduced. It was used in 2 wells (well Bozi-102 and well Keshen-2-1-14) drilled in the piedmont zone. According to the drilling data, in Well Bozi-102, the combined assembly achieved a total footage of 704 m, with drilling time of 407.5 h and average ROP of 1.73 m/h, and in Well Keshen-2-1-14, the combined assembly achieved a total footage of 146.8 m, with drilling time of 71.75 h and average ROP of 2.05 m/h. Compared with PDC bits and roller bits deployed in identical formation in neighboring wells, the proposed assembly can enhance ROP by 2-4 times, average footage per bit by 3-10 times, and average drilling time by 1.7-2.5 times. Relevant test results show that the combination of turbodrill and impregnated diamond bit can effectively enhance ROP in drilling of wells in piedmont zone, the Tarim Basin, as a powerful technical support.
