大庆油田第一口深层天然气双分支水平井钻完井实践

Drilling and completion practice on the first deep dual branch horizontal gas well in Daqing Oilfield

大庆昌德深层气田属于火山岩储层,岩性多为致密火山岩、砂砾岩等,而且含夹层,可钻性差,施工难度很大,为了最大程度地增加储层接触面积及油藏动用程度,特在该气田开展了第一口双分支水平井芳深6- 双平1 井施工。该双分支井眼的水平段长度均在1 300 m 以上,侧钻和水平段施工技术难度高。参考已钻邻井资料,结合地层特点,对该井的井身结构、井眼轨道和完井方式等进行了优化设计;同时,优选了提速钻具,优化了上、下分支的钻具组合,使该井水平段的平均钻速比同样长度水平段的邻井有明显提高。该井的顺利施工,解决了大庆深层气钻井技术单一的问题,为更高效开发深层气井探索了新方式。
The Changde deep gas field of Daqing Oilfield is volcanic reservoir, most of which are tight volcanic rocks and sandy conglomerates. So it has poor drillability and poses great difficulty for drilling. In order to maximize the reservoir contact area and their producing degree, a dual branch horizontal well, Fangshen 6-shuangping 1 well, was drilled particularly in this gas field. The horizontal section length of this dual branch hole is over 1 300 m, and the sidetracking and horizontal drilling are of great difficulty. The design of wellbore configuration, wellbore trajectory and completion methods was optimized with reference to the data of offset wells and in combination of formation features. Meanwhile, the speeding-up drilling tools were used and the bottom hole assembly for upper and lower branches was optimized, so the average drilling rate of horizontal section of this well was increased remarkably compared with an offset well of same length horizontal section. The successful drilling of this well has solved the problem of single drilling technology for deep gas pools in Daqing Oilfield and provides a new method for developing deep gas wells efficiently.
