三元复合驱分质注入工具的结构优化

三元复合驱分质注入工具的结构参数较多,多因素多水平的问题往往会造成结构参数难以确定。通过数值模拟和正交实验设计相结合的方法,分析了5 因素4 水平、共计16 组的分质注入工具结构对平均应变速率和压力损失的影响;并利用极差和方差分析方法对影响结果进行了分析,确定出了最优分质注入工具结构参数,即扩散角尺寸1 mm、扩散角45°、圆柱段直径?4 mm、圆柱段长度2 mm、收缩段半径?10 mm。该优化研究为工具结构优化设计提供了技术指导。
There are a number of structure parameters of different medium injection tools for ASP flooding. The problem of multi-factor and multi-level tend to cause difficulty in determining the structural parameters. By the method of combining numerical simulation with orthogonal experimental design, analysis was conducted to the effect of 16 sets of different medium injection tool structures with 5 factors and 4 levels on average strain velocity and pressure loss; also, range analysis and variance analysis were conducted to analyze the consequences and finalized the optimum parameters of different medium injection tool structures, that is, size of divergence angle 1mm, divergence angle 45°, diameter of cylindrical section ?4 mm, length of cylindrical section 2 mm, radius of contraction section, ?10 mm. This optimization research provides technical guidance for the optimization design of tool structure.
