针对尾管固井中出现的送入钻具、尾管悬挂器中心管短路及尾管内落物造成管内憋堵无法建立正常循环的2 种复杂情况,设计出一种带胶塞系统可提出式回接装置用于补救固井。通过文中提出的计算方法得到在回接装置上下压的重量,实现回接装置与尾管悬挂器回接筒之间的有效密封,无需坐挂及解封,固井后可直接提出,保证了送入钻具的安全。胶塞系统的使用在水泥浆与钻井液之间起到了有效的隔离和替浆到量碰压的作用,提高了水泥浆的顶替效率,保证了尾管补救固井质量。
In view of the complex conditions in running drill string and mandrel short circuit in liner hanger as well as fish in liner which plugs the liner and so normal circulation cannot be established during liner cementing, this paper has designed a retrievable tie-back device in a system with rubber plug for remedial cementing. Through the calculation method presented in this paper, the downward weight on this tie-back device can be obtained, so the tie-back device can be effectively sealed with the tieback barrel on liner hanger without hanging and unsetting. This tie-back device can be retrieved out directly after cementing job is finished, hence ensuring the safety of running drill strings. The application of the rubber plug system plays a role of effective isolation between cement slurry and drilling fluid and bumping pressure when enough volume of slurry is displaced, which improves the displacement efficiency of cement slurry and ensures the quality of liner remedial cementing.
