水平井防倒流砾石充填工具的改进与应用

砾石充填对于粉细砂岩和高泥质含量的油藏有防砂范围广、防砂周期长、不易堵塞等特点，应用较为广泛。但是，在砾石充填完井作业中经常会出现充填口关闭不到位、充填砂回吐等问题。因此设计了具有三层密封功能的防倒流砾石充填装置。现场应用表明，改进后的工具施工成功率100%，延长油井检修周期，减少单井资金投入，提高经济效益。

Gravel packing has a wide range of sand control, not easily blocked and has a long sand control period for fine-silty sandstone and highly argillaceous reservoir and is used extensively. However, during gravel packing completion operations, there often occur such problems as packing opening not closed adequately, back-flow of packing sand, etc. Therefore, an anti-backflow gravel packing device has been designed which has three-layer sealing function. Field application shows that the improved tool has a 100% success rate of gravel packing, extended the maintenance cycle of oil wells, reduced capital investment in single wells and improved the economic profit.
