摘要
为了进一步挖掘吉林油田老区剩余油资源、充分利用老井网,开展了老井侧钻水平井开发试验工作。红侧平+24- 022 井是红岗油田的第一口?118 mm 小井眼侧钻水平井,水平段长、钻进难度大。通过优选套管开窗工艺、优化剖面设计和优选强抑制性钻井液体系,确保了红侧平+24-022 水平井侧钻裸眼段长度、水平段长度、平均机械钻速等技术指标都处于较先进水平。 通过钻完井难点分析和现场应用,全面总结了长水平段?118 mm 侧钻水平井的钻完井技术经验,对于同类侧钻水平井的施工具有借鉴意义。
Abstract
In order to further tap the remaining resources in the old region of Jilin Oilfield and make full use of the old well patterns, the tests were conducted to the old wells development by sidetrack horizontal well. Well Hongceping+24-022 was the first ?118 mm slim hole sidetrack horizontal well in Honggang Oilfield, which had long horizontal interval and was difficult to drill. Optimization of casing sidetracking, profile design and strong-inhibition drilling fluid system, ensured that the technical indicators such as the length of sidetrack openhole interval, the length of the horizontal interval, and average ROP, were all at an advanced level. Through analysis of difficulties in drilling and completion and presentation of field application, this paper fully summarizes the drilling and completion technique for ?118 mm sidetrack horizontal well with long horizontal interval, which is of guiding significance to the research and application of sidetrack horizontal wells.
