摘要
为解决出砂油藏水平井管外均衡改造的难题,研制了裸眼管外分段挤压充填防砂完井工艺。其原理是通过管外隔离封隔器和可重复开关充填滑套将水平段进行分段封隔,利用防砂服务管柱实现分段挤压充填防砂。与水平井底部砾石挤压充填防砂相比,新工艺可根据水平段物性差异分段优化防砂施工参数,水平段改造更均衡。生产实践表明,采用裸眼分段挤压充填防砂完井的井,防砂后产量高,防砂效果好,为水平井防砂完井工艺提供了新的技术思路。
Abstract
In order to address the difficulty in equilibrium modification outside the pipe string of horizontal wells in sand producing reservoirs, the sand control completion technology by staged squeeze packing behind the string in openhole has been developed. Its principle is that, by isolating the horizontal section in stages with isolating packer behind the pipe and packing the sliding sleeve with repeatable switch, the sand-control service pipestring is used to realize sand control by staged squeeze packing. Compared with gravel packing at the bottom of horizontal wells, the sand-control parameters can be optimized in stages according to the differences of physical properties in horizontal section, so the horizontal section can be serviced in more equilibrium. Production practice shows that, in wells completed by staged squeeze packing in openhole section, the production after sand control is even high and sand control effect is favorable, providing a new concept for sand-control completion technology for horizontal wells.
