摘要
元坝地区海相气藏埋藏较深,主力储层垂深超过6 500 m。该地区超深水平井钻井过程中存在着高温高压、地层岩性复杂、测量仪器稳定性差以及井眼轨迹控制难度大等难题,对水平井钻井技术提出了更高要求。首先分析了元坝气田的钻井施工技术难点,通过开展直井段防斜打快技术、超深硬地层侧钻施工技术、增斜段和水平段井眼轨迹高效控制技术研究,以及耐高温高压SLBF HT175 型随钻测量MWD 仪器的研制,形成了元坝气田超深水平井随钻测量与控制技术,大幅提高了元坝气田超深水平井施工能力。SLBF HT175 型随钻MWD 仪器经在元坝4 口超深水平井中应用,MWD 耐温性能、抗压性能、测量精度和整体可靠性等经过现场验证,能够满足国内油气田超深水平井的随钻测量需要。
Abstract
The marine gas pools in Yuanba region are buried deeply, and the major reservoirs have a vertical depth of over 6 500 m. During drilling of ultra-deep horizontal wells in this region, there are difficulties like high temperature and high pressure, complex formation lithologies, poor stability of measuring tools and difficulty in wellbore trajectory control, etc., so higher requirement is set for drilling technology for horizontal wells. First, analysis was performed to the difficulties in drilling operation in Yuanba Gasfield; through implementing the anti-deviation and fast drilling technology used in vertical wells, sidetracking technique for ultra-deep hard formations, efficient control technology for wellbore trajectory in building-up section and horizontal section, as well as the development of HTHP SLBF HT175 MWD tool, the MWD and control technology has been developed for ultra-deep horizontal wells in Yuanba Gas Field, which has greatly improved the capability of drilling of ultra-deep horizontal wells in Yuanba Gasfield. After SLBF HT175 MWD tool was used in four ultra-deep horizontal wells in Yuanba Gasfield, it was validated on site in terms of temperature resistance performance, pressure resistance performance, measuring accuracy and overal reliability, capable of meeting the requirement of MWD in ultra-deep horizontal wells in domestic oil/gas fields.
