SAGD 循环预热阶段的预热效率和连通速度,都对生产阶段的生产效果具有重要影响。通过数值模拟研究,提出一种加快SAGD 循环预热阶段连通速度的方法,建立了“低压—高压—拟SAGD”的预热模式,实现了在较短时间、形成优先渗流通道风险较低的情况下,注采井之间的水力连通速度得以有效提高的目的。该方法在风城超稠油油藏SAGD 规模开发中的应用效果良好,具有一定的推广价值。
The pre-heating efficiency and communicating speed in SAGD cyclic preheating period have important effects on production during production period. Through numerical simulation research, a method of accelerating intercommunication speed in SAGD cyclic preheating period was presented, and a preheating mode of ‘low pressure-high pressure-simulated SAGD’ was built, which has effectively improved the hydraulic communication speed between injectors and producers while ensuring low risk in establishing preferred seepage passages in a short time. This method was effectively used in SAGD development of Fengcheng Ultra-heavy Oil Reservoir and is of certain promotion value.
