在S22 水平井解封R 封隔器的实践

针对R 封隔器在伊朗Y 油田S22 水平井中的使用情况及解封时遇到的困难，分析了封隔器剪切销钉个数设计、各种解封工况下的解封力计算。查找该类封隔器难解封的原因，进而找到了切实可行的解封方案，不但成功地解决了S22 水平井R 封隔器解封难的问题，而且，提出了一套R 封隔器在水平井中使用的优化方案，为今后该类封隔器在该区块其他水平井中使用提供了借鉴。同时，为已完成水平井在今后修井时的解封提供了可以借鉴的经验。

Based on understanding the technical parameters, using and operating conditions of R Packer, and focuing on the working condition and difficulties encountered when releasing this packer in the S22 horizontal well of the Y Oilfield in Iran, we analyzed the amount of shear pin design for R packer and all kinds of operating conditions of releasing force calculation. to study the obscure reasons to unset this kind of packer, finally, a practical solution to unset this kind of packer is founded. Not only successfully solved the R Packer releasing problem in S22 horizontal well, but also put forward a set of optimized plan for using of R Packer in horizontal well. In the future, it provides a useful reference for this kind of packer using in the other horizontal wells in the S reservoir. Meanwhile, for the horizontal wells which had been completed in this oilfield, it provides a useful experience draw from the lessons learnt of releasing the packer for the workover operation in the future.
