深水钻井隔水管是连接海底井口和钻井平台的关键部件,极易受到复杂的海洋环境载荷和作业载荷的影响,是整个钻井装备中重要而又薄弱的环节,隔水管完整性管理技术是保障隔水管安全服役性能的有效措施。阐述了隔水管完整性管理方案,综述深水钻井隔水管完整性管理研究进展,主要包括深水钻井隔水管损伤识别与评估、隔水管风险评估、隔水管检测与维修以及隔水管完整性管理规范及软件等,并提出了未来研究的发展方向。
The deepwater drilling riser is a critical part for the connection with the subsea wellhead and drilling platform, easily affected by the complicated marine environmental load and operation load, and is an important but weak link in the whole drilling equipment. The riser integrity management technology is an effective measure to guarantee the safe service performance of riser. This Paper expounds the riser integrity management scheme and summarizes the research progress of integrity management of deepwater drilling riser, including the damage identification and assessment of deepwater drilling riser, riser risk assessment, riser detection and maintenance, and riser integrity management specification and software primarily. It also recommends the development direction of future research.
