深水稠油测试一般采取电潜泵、气举等作为人工举升手段。针对西非某区块深水稠油油藏的特点以及资料极其匮乏而无法做好精细测试设计的实际情况,通过对拟测试层的储层特征、原油物性、作业环境等的深入研究,优选出地面杆驱螺杆泵作为人工举升手段,最终采用射孔枪+ 防砂管+DST+ 螺杆泵联作测试工艺,以及空心抽油杆内电缆加热、保温油管保温的降黏措施,成功克服了稠油、出砂以及水深低温对测试造成的困难,最终取得了较为理想的效果,为同类区块的测试作业提供了有益的借鉴。
Deepwater heavy oil testing is usually done by artificial lift means using electric submersible pump and gas lift. Considering the characteristics of deepwater heavy oil reservoir in a block of Congo (Brazzaville) and the failure to perform sophisticated testing design due to extremely scarce information, the surfacedriven screw pump is selected as the artificial lift means based on the in-depth research on the reservoir characteristics, the physical properties of crude oil, and the operating environment of the formation to be tested. Finally, the testing process perforating gun + sand liner + DST + screw pump coupling is adopted and viscosity reduction measures such as cable heating and insulation of insulating tubing inside the hollow sucker rod are taken to successfully overcome the difficulties caused by heavy oil, sand production, and deepwater low temperature for the testing. Satisfactory results are ultimately achieved and the technology provides a useful reference for the testing of similar blocks.
