摘要
为提高我国智能井研究与应用水平,结合雷64-34-22 井的实际生产状况,设计完成智能井的关键部分——智能优化开采软件系统,实现数据的记录、存储、分析和优化开采等功能。该软件系统将理论合理产量和实际合理产量相结合,以降低含水率、提高产油量为原则,确定油井的最终合理产量,实现油井的智能优化开采。现场应用结果表明,该系统运行安全可靠,采用该系统进行生产,雷64-34-22 井采收率提高10.5%,具有良好的经济效益。
Abstract
In order to improve the research and application level of domestic intelligent wells, and in combination with actual production performance of Well Lei 64-34-22, the intelligent optimization production software system, the key part of intelligent wells, was successfully designed, which can perform functions such as data recording, storage, analysis and optimized production, etc. This software system combines the theoretical reasonable production with the actual reasonable production to determine the ultimate reasonable production of oil wells, and realizes intelligent optimized production of oil wells taking the principle of reducing water cut and increasing oil production. Field application results showed that this system runs safely and reliably. Using this system in production generated good economic benefits, and the recovery rate of Well Lei 64-34-22 was increased by 10.5%.
