GW194-70BB 型保温保压取心工具是为寻找和提升天然气水合物实物样品钻取率而研制的特殊取心工具。该工具通过内筒独立密封机构、复合真空隔热保温内筒、氮气压力补偿系统、电子多点随钻测量总成实现了岩心样品的温度保持、压力保持和海量的数据测量,解决了常规工具无法保持岩心压力和温度造成的天然气水合物实物挥发、测量数据不全等难题。在常规井实验中取得了保压成功率93%、保温率80%、温度变化率2~2.5 ℃ /h 的良好效果,现场试验表明,该工具在温度保持、压力保持方面可以完全满足天然气水合物样品的钻探与取样要求,对获取天然气水合物样品、提升天然气水合物勘探开发效果具有重要意义。
The GW194-70BB heat and pressure preservation coring tool is developed specifically for exploring gas hydrate and improving the recovery rate of gas hydrate samples. This tool has realized insulation and pressure keeping of core samples, surveying of massive amount of data, and solved problems such as volatilization of gas hydrate sample due to being unable to preserve core pressure and temperature by conventional tools and incomplete survey data. The tool achieved satisfactory performance in the test of conventional wells: 93% pressure keeping rate, 80% insulation rate, and 2-2.5 ℃ temperature variation rate per hour. Field tests show that this tool can meet the requirement of drilling and sampling of gas hydrate in terms of insulation and pressure keeping and is of great significance to recovering the gas hydrate samples and improving the effect of gas hydrate exploration and development.
