Abstract
In view of the difficulties in liner cementing technology for Fahliyan Reservoir of Yadavaran Oilfield of Iran, the anti-corrosion, anti-channeling latex cement slurry system was selected. Indoor test and analysis showed that this system was capable of preventing channeling, and the gas channeling amount was 0 in simulation test; under strong H2S corrosion conditions in lab simulation, it could still maintain tight micro-structure; the strength of set cement decreased by 11.46%, and the permeability of set cement increased by 18.82%. Compared with common cement systems, the resistance to impact energy in unit area can be increased by 74% after curing for 24 hrs and 79% for 48 hrs. In order to improve flushing quality and cement displacement efficiency, rotary liner cementing technology was firstly applied to ?114.3 mm liner cementing. Preflush technology and casing centralizing technique were aslo adopted to improve displacement efficiency. The implementation of above measures is a helpful attempt in addressing the difficulties in liner cementing in slim hole well with high sulfur content in Yadavaran Oilfield of Iran , and achieved favorable field application effect.
