摘要
针对常规冻胶堵剂溶解时间长、高温高盐油藏中稳定性差等问题,研制了一种由乳液聚合物、单体交联剂和稳定剂组成的适用于海上油田的耐温抗盐速溶冻胶堵剂。通过室内静态评价实验,优化了130 ℃下冻胶堵剂配方:2.0%~3.0% 乳液聚合物+0.6%~1.2% 交联剂+2.0%~3% 稳定剂PE,该堵剂体系30 ℃下溶解时间20 min 左右,成冻时间4~11 h 可控,成冻强度级别 D~F 可调。实验结果表明,该冻胶堵剂在高温(130 ℃)高盐(矿化度33 351 mg/L,Ca2+、Mg2+ 离子含量达1 613 mg/L)条件下老化90 d 后未脱水,显示出较好的耐温抗盐性能及抗剪切性能。典型冻胶堵剂配方的室内封堵和耐冲刷评价实验表明, 优选出的冻胶配方封堵率达到96% 以上,封堵效果较好,并且具良好的耐冲刷性能。
Abstract
In view of the problems of long dissolution time, poor stability in high temperature and high salinity reservoir of conventional gel plugging agent, a heat resistant and salts tolerant instant gel plugging agent is developed composed of emulsion polymer, monomer crosslinker and stabilizer applicable to offshore oilfields. Through lab static evaluation experiments, the formula of gel plugging agent at 130 ℃ is optimized: 2.0%-3.0% emulsion polymer +0.6%-1.2% crosslinker +2.0%-3% stabilizer PE. The dissolution time of the gel system is about 20 mins at 30 ℃, its gelling time can be controlled from 4-11 hours, and the gelling strength grade can be adjusted from D to F. The experimental results show that the gel system is not dehydrated after 90 days of aging time in the conditions of high temperature (130 ℃) and high salinity (33 351 mg/L salinity, and the Ca2+ & Mg2+ concentration being up to 1 613 mg/L), showing favorable heat resistance, salt tolerance and shear resistance. The lab plugging and scouring resistance experiment of the typical gel plugging agent indicates that the plugging rate of the optimized gel formula is more than 96%, and the plugging effect of the gel is good, and the gel has good erosion resistance.
